This automatically includes our support package, with a major additional benefit of 24 hour or same day support. This package offers a pro-active approach, whereby we ensure your smart home, automation system or cinema room is always performing at its best.
It delivers an amount of free call outs, increased discounts on our labour, annual preventative maintenance visits, free remote log-in repairs during working hours as well as discount on future orders.
If your system was not installed by Prestige, don’t worry, we would be happy to offer you our market leading service too, however we would require a visit to your home to understand your system.
