We offer a world class cloud-based solution that helps us monitor your devices in the home and therefore provide you with the best in customer care.

We are notified immediately of issues within the home automation or smart home system as well as the Audio Video system, in many cases even before you are aware of the problem.

It also provides us with remote access to your system and saves you time and money on unnecessary call outs, as well as very fast solutions being implemented.

Additionally, we provide you with an app that allows you to fix minor problems conveniently. We view all this activity so we can discuss preventative solutions and how to implement them for you. Note, this service will require some equipment installed in the home that connects to the internet.
