However, we are a global leader in bespoke cinema rooms. Most of our work is in the super prime residential and retail space. Our work has taken us to the USA, Europe, and the Middle East.
Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an individual to manage and further develop our installation team as well as take an active role in the day to day installations and service calls.

Project Manager

The Role
Must have 5 years’ experience working with High-End residential AV and Home Cinemas
Ability to supervise and manage tasks and personnel to meet project objectives.
Will possess or acquire a fundamental understanding of AV system functionality and installation process and techniques.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve technical, personnel, or other project-related issues
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel a must), Microsoft Project, Adobe Acrobat, and AutoCAD.
Ability to generate timely, concise, and effective business correspondence.
Ability to read and comprehend project technical documents including, but not limited to: engineering and architectural drawings, schedules, test reports, or commissioning documents.
Ability to create and maintain project programs.
Ability to interact with employees, customers, and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
Must possess a valid Driver’s License and be eligible to work in the UK


Senior AV Engineer – London and Home Counties


The Role:
• To offer World Class Service
• On-site management of teams
• Managing Installations and customer expectations
• Communicate with management team throughout the day, as it relates to assignments.
• Installation and set-up of Bespoke Home Cinema, Audio, Visual, Lighting, IP Networking, Wi-Fi, VLANs, CCTV, Door Entry and Control Equipment
• Experience with installing and Programming Lutron, Control4 and RTI Systems as well as an understanding of Crestron
• Rack building and wiring
• Fault finding & rectification of AV/IT systems at client sites
• Providing remote assistance and onsite technical support for clients
• Completion of service reports and reporting job status to Management
• Assisting with technical implementation/commissioning of new systems at client sites
• Carrying out preventative maintenance on installed systems at client sites
• Traveling to/from client sites as required
• This role will involve the occasional requirement to oversee sub-contractors of a technical nature.
• Ongoing technical training and access to CTS accreditation
• Responsible for stock, paperwork and client communication
• Attending training with specific manufacturers and suppliers as and when organised
• Perform on-site commissioning and configuration programming in the systems and following/reviewing system schematics
The Person:
• Proven experience with High-End Residential installations of Audio-Visual systems
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills
• Excellent communication skills Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to work with both internal and external staff
• Must be agile and exhibit a strong sense of urgency.
• Must be responsive, efficient, have excellent customer interaction, and exhibit a high level of professionalism.
• The ideal candidate will not find difficult tech problems deterring or frustrating, but intriguing and will welcome the challenge.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment, under immense pressure. The pace requires independent and confident thinking, self-motivation and determination.
• Must be engaged in the process of technical development.
• Be eligible, willing and able to work and travel throughout the UK when required.
• Responsible and reliable, capable of working alone as well as part of a team.
• Good organization and time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities;
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Be flexible and adaptable to change and hours of work, to meet the needs of the customer.
• Be a motivated team player.
• Experience and full understanding of CAD drawings
• Clean UK Driving Licence
The successful candidate will also have a distinct advantage if they also have experience working with:

• Cinema Designer
• Sketch-up
